The miracle has happened. Your baby has arrived and overflowing with love, you cradle it in your arms. In the first days and weeks you get to know each other and you discover what the new role as a mother or father entails and how it affects you. Together you overcome the first hurdles as your child grows and you grow into the role of being a parent.
However, later on life remains exciting, because living with a baby or toddler is marked by changes and new challenges. What applied yesterday may already be different tomorrow. Your baby or toddler develops according to its own plans. A major part of being a parent is, going along with your child’s development, while not forgetting to take care of yourself as an individual and probably also as a couple.

Parental coaching helps you to develop an inner attitude that makes you the mother or father you like to be, without losing yourself along the way.
I like to use the first coaching session to get to know you and your situation. It is important that I find out what you want and expect to get out of parental coaching. I then design the parental coaching to meet your individual needs. You may choose whether the parental coaching takes place in my consulting room or online by video call. You may participate in the coaching on your own or together with your partner. Upon request, you can have your baby or toddler with you.
